Proven potting compounds for sensors and transformers

For today’s dynamic electronics manufacturing landscape, Wevo materials offer various advantages, for example in the area of sensors and transformers. The polyurethane- and epoxy-based products can be adapted to withstand demanding operating temperatures and therefore meet high UL classifications. While our standard polyurethane resins perform reliably between 85 and 130 °C, special formulations can operate up to 165 °C. Wevo potting compounds based on epoxy can handle temperatures up to 180 °C, meeting H-Class insulation standards.
